Are the wristbands compatible with all WHOOP devices
Yes, our bands fit WHOOP devices. Please note, however, that bands for the 4.0 model are not compatible with the 5.0 device.
Does the exchange take place with the U-Shape brace?
Unlike WHOOP bands, ours doesn't involve replacing the clasp. Instead, the band simply attaches to the existing clasp. This makes our bands compatible with both the WHOOP 5.0 and the 5.0 MG. You'll find a video on the product page that shows the replacement step by step—feel free to watch it.
What size are the bicep bands – S/M or L/XL?
Our bands are one size and can be flexibly adjusted to your biceps using the strap closure. They are an intermediate size and about 5 cm longer than the S/M version.
I'm female and have an upper arm circumference of 23 cm. Which band should I use for my biceps?
We recommend our Lunar Straps bracelets for customers with an upper arm circumference of less than 23 cm. These can also be worn on the biceps.
Can I wash the band or put it in the washing machine?
The band can be hand-washed with lukewarm water and a little shampoo or soap, then dried. Machine washing is not recommended due to the connectors.
Can I buy Lunar Sports products in a physical store?
No, our products are currently only available through our online shop. However, we hope to change this in the future.

Shipment
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is always free – there is no minimum order value. Shipping costs apply for deliveries outside Germany.
How long does it take to process my order?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders received over the weekend are processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-3 business days, unless a different delivery time is specified in the product description. However, slight transport delays on the part of Deutsche Post/DHL cannot be ruled out.
Where are the orders shipped from?
We ship all orders daily from Düsseldorf. This means our delivery times are significantly faster than those of other shops that ship from abroad, such as China.
Which shipping service provider sends the orders?
We ship with Deutsche Post, DHL and Hermes.

Is a return possible?
Of course! We stand behind our straps 100% and wear them ourselves every day. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy—twice the legal limit.
What should I do if an item is delivered defective?
We package our bands very securely. Should a band arrive damaged, please contact us by email at info@lunarsports.de, stating your order number and attaching a photo of the defect. We will then arrange for a replacement delivery immediately.
Who bears the costs for return shipping
If you return something, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs – we have already taken care of the shipping to you.
